AMERICA The 1st

MONDAY OCTOBER 27th Sherry was nearly late i reckon this morning to work because she hit snooze. I woke her up and i got up not long after she left. I had a shower, a cup of tea, a vegemite sandwhich and watched Sportscentre. Finally I know what has happened to Hannah Storm. I didnt write it down!! Funk. She used to host NBA on NBC and also ran the sidelines too. She was doing some news thing i'm positive. I cracked open Pipemania and that for much longer than I intended (i don't think I've played it as much as I did that day for the the next year total). I still reckon its a great game despite its sub-par reviews. The rest of the morning I listened to music and wrote this in my diary until Sherry came home and got me at kunch time. She dropped me off outside the T-mobile store where I bought a charger and smokes before walking to her work. I was excited to be out on the streets and I felt pretty comfortbale for some reason. I got to her work at 1.30 and it turns out that that is when her conference call had been delayed to. So I went to the tea room and caught up on this diary thing and got up to here. "I wonder what the time is? Getting hungry. Sister Roberta justed walked in. I might say hello. Maybe.. She didnt make eye contact. What a rude sister! I have been writing her for 50 minutes so maybe all up 2 1/2 hours today (I had to catch up on the past weekend's activities). For lunch we walked a block or so to this bakery where Sherry eats lunch most of the time. She got her usual baegal while I got a hot roast beef sandwhich. After saying goodbye back at the tech centre I slowlt walked back and felt heaps better. Had some smokes, listened to some tunes and looked around. I went into an antique shop and saw some cool tin signs. I looked at some Marvel comics in Borders. Had a flick through New Avengers, Ironman but the CIvil War series was the most interesting. I then stopped in at Old Navy to check out some clothes. When Sherry got home she introduced me to Janet. I then watched some NHL. I watched the Blackhawks vs the Wild (2-3) and then a bit of the Red Wings vs the L.A Kings. The game is much scrappier than what i expected. It is rare for them to get shots in the slot, while maintaining possession in the offensive zone is tough. Its also very rare to see hits. Power plays seem to give teams more of an advantage and seem the best way for teams to score. Oh yeah, I also watched a fair bit of the Wolr Series of Poker. Phil Hellmuth was hating Queen Ten. I then played Impossible Mission. It's still hard. Sent a few texts to Gaz, Rodders, Mum and Gangas. I then had a Goats cheese pizza for tea and sherry liked the spicy ham jerky because she could taste it.
