NBA 2K9 - New York Knicks

New York @ Phoenix 70 92 OV 81 74 84 OV 78 Suns Lineup PG - C. Paul SG - M. Webster SF - S. Battier PF - Z. Randolph C - T. Chandler Bench - Q. Richardson, J. Salmons, U. Haslem, A. Brooks I looked at this and thought that there was no way the Suns would keep up with me. As long as i played CP3 well i thought i would run away with it. Well i did keep him in check. He did pull off a couple of nice passes but that was nothing like CP3 taking on the Mavs in last years playoffs. He racked up his assits by passing to a 3 point shooter who was not closed out properly. Gradually I pulled away in the 2nd half to build an 8 point buffer and from there i wasnt really too worried. After KG got doubled teamed in the post and kicked out to Calderon who knocked down the 3 the game was over. A solid win thanks to the play of KG and Calderon with some good minutes off the bench from Mutombo and Maxiell. Meanwhile i pounded it inside - 92 to 48 points in the paint, 38 to 23 rebound advantage. 17 in a row.....
